The Nemesis is an electric car that is powered by wind. It is the brainchild of Dale Vince, CEO of Ecotricity, a company that sells green electricity. But supplying electricity wasn't enough for Vince and his company, as he focused his attention on developing the wind-powered automobile. Furthermore, his company is already hard at work developing a wind-powered tractor.
