Colbert: The Government Declares War on Halloween

The federal government inserts its own agenda into Halloween, spoiling America's spooky-time fun. Stephen Colbert of "The Colbert Report" says the 'goons' out there are ruining the fun by demanding children read their labels before eating those candies.
