Red Lobster Parent Struggling to Stay Afloat

Darden Restaurants, the parent company of Red Lobster and Olive Garden, not only has endless shrimp, but also endless problems. The company recently announced that it may spin off or sell its famous seafood chain. Darden says it recently has opened too many restaurants.
