A husband-wife team of cattle farmers in Scotland has taken on an ambitious breeding initiative. In 2011, the pair bought Wagyu cattle from Japan and has begun cross-breeding them with traditional Scottish heifers to produce what the couple hopes will be the most delicious steaks in the world.
