Rockwell Automation (Milwaukee, WI) recently expanded the power range of its Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 755 AC drives to 450kW/700HP. Featuring advanced diagnostics and a roll-out design, the PowerFlex755 is designed for motor control applications in a variety of heavy industries. It comes equipped with an embedded Ethernet port and five option slots that allow users to tailor the drive to best suit their application. The power range extension expands the drive’s offering from 0.75kW (1Hp) to 450kW and 700Hp at 400/480 VAC output.
