Pepperl+Fuchs (Twinsburg, OH) recently announced that its VisuNet Series industrial flat panel LCD monitors recently received Class II Division 2 certification for use in dust environments. Also available as general purpose displays, the VisuNet flat panels accept standard VGA or NTSC inputs from a PC or video camera source. Additionally, they can multi-sync to any standard video mode from 640x480 to 1600x1200 at scan rates from 60 to 75 Hz, without image distortion or flicker. The VisuNet series are 12 VDC powered displays that are powered from an external power supply to keep heat away from the monitor.
