ABB (Houston, TX) unveiled its new lineup of ControlMaster process controllers and indicator instrumentation for use in a wide range of industrial applications. Flexible I/O capabilities allow for simpler model selection, and each ControlMaster model can be scaled to suit basic to advanced application requirements by the addition of plug-and-play function keys. According to the company, ControlMaster’s full-color thin-film-transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display shows process information and provides ease of use. Menus and operator prompts display in full text. Formats include dual-loop displays and historical trending.
