With a 60Hz standby rating, the generator features a new 50C cooling system and heavy-duty air cleaner assembly and durable dual-bearing alternators. The generator fully integrates with KOHLER automatic transfer switches, custom paralleling switchgear and controls to offer total system integration for any customized emergency power application. In addition, the KOHLER generator earned International Building Code (IBC) 2012 seismic certification and therefore is ideal for mission-critical operations like large data centers and water treatment plants. The 2500 kW also meets NFPA 110 requirements, providing power in less than 10 seconds.
