Dispense Works, Inc. (McHenry, IL) has introduced an RC conveyorized system to automatically filll aluminum molds with six different colors of vinyl (Plastisol). The system includes the slip roller conveyor with quick-adjust rails to accommodate pallets of different sizes. Both length and width are almost infinitely adjustable, and all stops and sensors are embedded into the frame. The included MG-series robot can be controlled by patterns created in any graphic/CAD program, or learned with the machine’s own job and teach function. Up to 16 heads (valves, syringes, etc.) can be controlled.
