Litchfield, MI - The specialty Filter Press Hopper is used after the waste water has been eliminated and the filter cake is left. The bucket or box is tapered front and back, squared sides sitting on a forklift base. Safety retaining chain, safety latch, trip handle and a trip rope assembly has been installed on all units to meet safety requirements. Mobility is made easy by using 4” x 2” polyurethane (non-marking) casters to position the unit where it is needed. A forklift must be used to empty contents. The Filter Press Hopper is rated at 2800lb capacity; from the smallest unit (#262110) which has .67 cubic yard capacity to the largest size (#262150) has 1.82 cubic yard capacity.
