Allied Electronics (Fort Worth, TX) now stocks the HARTING Han-Yellock Connector Series, which combines multiple features within one connector, including an internal locking system. Push-button technology is also included. The connectors allow for simple installation and locking by turning one of the push buttons 90 degrees, reducing the chance for unauthorized access without the use of a tool. Other features include:
- Pre-wired modules that may be installed into the connector body from the front or back without fixing screws.
- The ability to combine potentials and contacts.
- A single gender crimp contact design that eliminates the need for inventory and processing of male and female contacts.
