Mark-10 (Copiague, NY) has introduced their Series 4 digital force gauges, which are designed for tension and compression force testing in quality control and manufacturing. A range of a capacities — from 0.12 pounds to 500 pounds — is available to address numerous applications in virtually any application. A sampling rate of 3,000 Hz produces accurate results even for quick-action tests, while the large, backlit LCD display uses large characters and a simple menu navigation system that allows for quick access to configurable parameters. Data output is possible via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), or analog. Finally, an ergonomic design allows for handheld use or mounting on a test stand.
