Wahl Instruments Inc. (Asheville, NC) has announced the addition of the HSI3000B to its line of Heat Spy Thermal Imaging Cameras. The system has been designed for building diagnostics, making it ideal for thermographers and building maintenance staff alike. The HIS3000B has a temperature sensitivity of 0.05°C and a screen resolution of 160x120 pixels. In addition, the unit has a temperature range of -4° to 257°F, plus a rechargeable battery life of six hours. According to the company, the SD card can also store up to 1,000 digital images, which can later be analyzed using the included software.
