The panel provides machine builders with a cost-effective way to implement simple human-machine interfaces. The KPD202-501 panel uses a backlit, 4-line x 20-character LCD with six programmable function keys.

The panel provides machine builders with a cost-effective way to implement simple human-machine interfaces. The KPD202-501 panel uses a backlit, 4-line x 20-character LCD with six programmable function keys. According to the company, no special programming software or tools are required due to integration with Baldor’s Mint programming language, which is installed on more than 100,000 systems worldwide. Once mounted, the unit only requires a 24 Vdc power feed and the desired communications link.
