Cleveland, Ohio – Parker Hannifin has introduced GlobalCore – five hydraulic hoses and two fittings series that significantly reduce engineering and service complexity by providing the first comprehensive product family across the most commonly used constant working pressure classes.
According to Parker Hannifin, GlobalCore is designed to meet the most common working pressures in industry, and is built and tested to the ISO 18752 specification. With GlobalCore hoses tested to twice the ISO 18752 standard, high performance in rugged environments and high-impulse applications is ensured.
Other features of GlobalCore include:
- Options for the most critical sizes and pressure ranges – 3,000psi to 6,000psi in sizes four through 32.
- Selecting the fitting is even simpler – the 43 Series or 77 Series, depending on the hose and working pressure selected.
- The design enables it to be half the bend radius of conventional hoses, which makes installation and routing much easier.
- GlobalCore is compatible with Parker’s Parkrimp family of crimpers and features no-skive, premium abrasion-resistant covers.
