Peabody, Massachusetts -- Solvent Kleene has released its newest environmentally friendly non-hazardous high viscosity paint, powder coating and E-coating stripper, the D-Zolve 1220. The D-Zolve 1220 is designed to strip paints, powder coatings, E-coatings and other difficult to remove coatings from vertical surfaces. Applied using either airless spray equipment or a brush, it is suitable for most ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as marine fiberglass. D-Zolve 1220 is non flammable, has no ozone depleting components, is slow evaporating and water rinsible. According to Solvent Keene, the application of D-Zolve does not require any costly equipment such as burn-off or blasting systems and does not result in the need for wastewater treatment, dust-control, or air scrubbing equipment. Overall, D-Zolve 1220 provides a safe alternative to burn off paint stripping and sand blasting paint removal.
