Intrinsically Safe Pressure Transmitters

The P612 Silicon Glass Fused Pressure Transmitter from Tel Tru is specifically designed to operate safely in hazardous areas, and is cCSAus Intrinsically Safe certified to Class I, Div.1, Groups A, B, C, and D, when used with approved zener barrier systems. The single-piece 316L stainless steel sensing element with a high-output silicon glass fused strain gauge maximizes cycle life even in the presence of pressure spikes, vibration, and aggressive fluid media. The design has no O-rings or seals, providing a leak-proof operation. In addition, three accuracy classes are available: ±0.50 percent, ±0.25 percent, and ±0.15 percent of calibrated span.
