Recover, Reuse Oil Mist

The OILMISER Vapor Guard (OVG) from JLM Systems is designed for lubricated gearboxes and bearing housings that are vented to atmosphere. The OVG traps the oil mist and fumes migrating out of the gearbox before they foul the air filter. In addition, the system has a central diffuser post inside a sealed aluminum containment chamber, which allows fumes to condense back into liquid oil. From there, recovered lube oil is channeled back into the gearbox through internal bleed back holes.
