Westbrook, ME - A new vertical lift module from Kardex Remstar can accommodate goods weighing up to 2,205lbs (1,000 kg) per tray. The Shuttle XP 1000 is the newest addition to the successful Shuttle XP vertical lift module series that includes the 250, 500 and 700 models. The new solution allows companies with heavy goods to organize their work processes with more flexibility, efficiency and ergonomics.
The Shuttle XP 1000 allows the simple and ergonomic storage of heavy tools and large goods as well as a large number of small parts per tray. Providing stronger, greater, further capacity is the new "Super Strong" tray, which can accommodate up to 2,205lbs (1,000 kg) with a width of 4.1ft (1,250 mm) and up to 1764lbs (800 kg) with a width of 13ft (4,000 mm). For ease of use, the new tray uses castors instead of conventional plastic sliding shoes.
