(Valley City, OH) includes a battery-operated hand-held radio control as standard equipment. The radio controls all hoist and bridge movements, and can be upgraded to a rechargeable model if desired. The NOMAD® System provides efficient, cost effective material handling in buildings where overhead cranes would otherwise not be practical. Each NOMAD® system comes with standard runway frames from 20’ to 120’ in length and standard widths from 20’ to 40’. Endtrucks, controls, complete electrification, and an EMH wire rope hoist are furnished, along with detailed engineering for bridge construction and assembly. Capacities range from 2 to 10 tons. The NOMAD® can usually be installed without footers and since all connections are bolted rather than welded, the NOMAD® can be easily disassembled.
