This compact LED light produces 5,000 lumens of light output in a wide flood pattern from only 90 watts and features 30 LEDs paired with specially designed specular optics, which allows it to illuminate an area comparable in size to that illuminated by a 400 watt metal halide lamp. Because this low bay light utilizes LEDs instead of common incandescent of HID bulbs, it has no ballast or large reflector assemblies, allowing a more lightweight and compact design as well as Design Lights Consortium approval. The housing on this low bay light is constructed from lightweight aluminum and a polycarbonate lens assembly provides a shatterproof barrier against damage to the LEDs.
