This new system ensures complete dimensional uniformity and tension throughout the bulk PVC rolls produced. The new process eliminates “racetracking” (the tendency of the material to curve slightly to one side when unwound), lay-flat issues, width and gage variations, and uneven shrinkage, resulting in an entirely uniform product, says the company. TMI extrudes a wide variety of flexible PVC strip, sheet, and panel ranging in gage from .030” up to .500”.
