Hurricane and Tropical Storm Harvey has had a devastating impact on countless people and businesses in Houston and the greater southeast Texas Gulf Coast, and will continue to impact more as the storm makes its way further inland to Louisiana and beyond.
The region is the country's largest hub for oil and gas operations and is a hotbed for general industrial manufacturing facilities, many of which are currently dealing with considerable flooding and a plethora of logistical issues as the storm has dumped essentially a years' worth of rain.
If your facilities have been impacted by Harvey, please let us know by contacting me at [email protected] or call me at 973-920-7701, as our readers would certainly be interested to see how industrial companies are dealing with Harvey and what are sure to be long-lasting effects. Feel free to share any details about how your company has dealt with the storm, if you are doing anything to help with the relief efforts, and/or share any photos.
Stay safe, and I wish you and everyone at your company the best of luck.
Sincerely, Mike Hockett
