Company showcases special packaging film that replaces heavy cans, bottles, jars, trays and select flexible packaging. The product is stackable, flexible and reclosable. The packaging includes a new Pop-Top Peel and ReSeal Lid. Packaging is produced on proprietary vertical form-fill seal (VFFS) equipment from custom rollstock. The technology improves the package cube 30 percent or more compared to PET jars. Product uses less plastic than traditional rigid packaging, increasing cost savings and sustainability. Applications include snack foods and baked goods, meats, cheeses, cereals, as well as other food and non-food items.
