The EZ-Fluo™ rapid detection system is designed for fluorescent staining-based microbial detection in beverages. The system enables non-destructive, accelerated identification of microbial contamination, reducing time to result by approximately two-thirds compared to traditional methods. This system can easily integrate with any lab's current ID methodology to recognize contamination events sooner and enable better control of the manufacturing process. The unit can rapidly detect and quantify microbial contamination in any filterable sample including raw materials, in-process samples, final product and environmental samples. The system consists of a reader and staining reagents used in combination with regular 47 mm filtration membranes and standard media. Use of the optional camera offers comfort in reading and traceability of results.
