New series of sanitary receivers convey difficult powders in applications that require a high level of sanitary design and frequent cleaning. A modular design accommodates various discharge options, quick disassembly for cleaning, volume extensions and jet filter cleaning. The modularity of the receivers has been enhanced with the introduction of extension modules to increase the receiving volume of bulk materials. The design also offers a new sealing and earthing feature, and is more user-friendly. The design meets cGMP sanitary requirements, with all components constructed of stainless steel. Three models include the P10 conveying up to 600 kg/hr, the P30 conveying up to 1800 kg/hr and the P100 for up to 4000 kg/hr. Receivers can be used for "up and in" systems or engineered for larger, central continuous conveying systems.
