Improve Bottle Drying Performance

The JetPlate is designed to improve bottle drying performance while simplifying installation and maintenance operations. The unit delivers a high volume of air at high pressure from just millimeters from the bottle to ensure all water and spray is driven downwards and off the product. This design ensures effective and efficient drying while preventing possible recontamination. The unit comprises facing plenums, each with a face plate with stepped air delivery slots. The plenum face plates act as bottle guides to eliminate guide rails, preventing the bottles from falling. The unit can be configured to suit different products and require little or no adjustment for different bottle sizes, promoting rapid product changeovers.
