Besides formed products such as burgers and nuggets, the unit can handle whole muscle products such as fillets and prawns. The system is ideal with thicker liquids such as tempura. Capacity depends on the speed adjustment of the running belt. Belt conveyors are available in three widths. The system is easy to operate and clean, and the unit rolls on wheels and is adjustable for height.
