The Infrabaker Roller Cooker is an Infrared cooker optimized for round products. Using this system, users can color, cook and cure a wide range of round-shaped products like sausage links, round hams and salami. The unit uses a conveyor that turns the product evenly while moving forward so that product is hit by the infrared beams on all sides. The system comes with a mechanism to optimize the distance between the Infrared emitters and the product on the conveyor. The same system will become available on the standard modular line to get even better cooking and coloring results.
