The r2bâ„¢ series of Horizontal Form Fill Seal baggers can produce a wide variety of bags, integrating bag making, filling, sealing and printing all in one automatic process that increases productivity and reduces labor and film costs. The system uses affordable laminated roll film stock instead of expensive, pre-made bags and can produce an array of bags including Pillow, Stand Up, Carry Handle, Center Capping and Corner Capping with or without zipper closures. Available in two models, the 1200 produces bag widths of 6 to 12 in. with bag lengths of 8 to 18 in. while the 3600 produces bag widths of 3.5 to 8 in. with bag lengths of 6 to 11 in. A servo drive ensures the highest level of control and repeatable performance available on the market and is rated mechanically at speeds up to 120 cpm. The straight-flow through design allows the operator to monitor all stations from the color touch screen.
