The POPLOK™ Tray Former is a self-locking tray erector that erects corrugated trays with no glue. The system is designed for any self-locking tray, including 1-, 2- and multi-tuck, as well as more intricate display trays. The versatile design can erect multiple size trays on the same machine and run large or small trays, with or without a lid. The unit is equipped with quick changeover features which allow tray sizes to be adjusted in minutes.
