Container Forming Machine

The PMC 1000 paper cup and paperboard container forming machine is designed for versatility in continuous high-speed, long run production. The machine forms single-wrap, two-piece cups and containers for hot and cold liquids, ice cream and other food products. Sizes range from 2 to 18 ounces with production speeds of up to 200 cups per minute. Design options include elongated rims as well as lid grooves to accommodate snap-in lids. The unit features PLC controls, a variable-speed drive and a cycle start/stop feature. The machine's tooling can be quickly changed in under six hours to produce another cup size or container.
