The new Dual Parison Blow Molding System enables production rates from 800 bottles per minute to 1,200 bottles per minute. The machine has 40 stations, a 4-inch extruder and a high-output dual parison diehead. The turnkey system includes molds, bottle conveying and a high-speed rotary spin trimmer. The unit produces weight variation of less than +/- 0.05 grams.
