Poly Motor Jaw Sealer

The Poly Motor Jaw Sealer Model PMJ is a motorized heat sealing machine that provides either continuous automatic or intermittent stop/start cycling. In automatic mode, up to 30 packages per minute can be sealed, while in intermittent mode, the machine can be controlled by foot pedal. In both modes, dwell time and pressure are controlled for uniformity. The heated upper jaw and unheated lower jaw are both covered to assure instant seal release. Seal widths are available in 1/8" or 3/8". The product accommodates a variety of unsupported films of 3 mils and under thickness. The compact size of the unit allows it to fit in a bench space of just 7" x 7 1/4". With jaws open, it is only 10" high, and it can be mounted flat or at an optional 30-degree incline.
