Blowmolder Monitoring System

The PETWall Profiler® in-the-blowmolder distribution monitoring system provides continuous monitoring of material distribution on every bottle as they are produced by the blowmolder. In the event the process deviates, operators are immediately alerted and the source of the problem is identified on the user interface. Producers can monitor every container for deviations in material distribution as well as material shifts, process problems and random distribution-related events in real time while correlating this information with the associated mold and spindle. The product is capable of monitoring thickness distribution data on bottles at speeds exceeding 100,000 bottles per hour.
