A screen printing machine has been developed specifically for beer kegs. New or refurbished kegs are slid onto the keg roller cradle manually with minimal operator handling and with no operator lifting. The cradle is designed to withstand high forces from accidental bumping of the kegs against the cradle tooling. Once loaded, the keg is lifted automatically and printed in a smooth motion. The machine will handle three standard keg sizes: 1/2 barrel, 1/4 barrel and 1/6 barrel. Changeover from one keg size to another is quick and easy.
