Mettler Toledo’s Good Titration Practice™ (GTP™) Risk Checker is an online tool that allows labs to quickly assess their titration risk and the reliability of their results. Features of the tool include:
- Risk checker is part of an umbrella program offering a requirement-based assessment of titration products and services including system selection, professional installation, instrument qualification and training.
- Factors that are examined by the tool (factors that can adversely affect results) include: initial selection of the apparatus, installation of the system, temperature effects, electrode performance, sampling weight and volume, lack of appropriate documentation, and human influence.
- By answering a few simple questions about their current titration practices with the Risk Checker on-line tool, laboratories can gain valuable insight into the current level of risk each of these factors may be imparting to their daily practices.
