Omega’s new TCV series of stainless steel thermocouple probe assemblies with M12 connectors is available in standard lengths of 3, 6, and 12 inches with a grounded or ungrounded thermocouple junction at the tip. The company says that the assemblies are characterized by:
- Standard probes are available in K, T and E calibrations.
- Single or dual thermocouple construction is optional.
- They are ideal for vacuum furnace, food processing and storage, food products in transit, and fish farming in order to record environmental conditions to comply with health and safety regulations.
