This 4000 watt skid mount five stage electric light mast features a rotating boom that allows for 360Β° of rotation, a removable mast head, and a cube frame with skid pockets with 4-corner pick eyes for easy transportation.
The LM-30-8-5S-4X1000W-EW-SM five stage telescoping steel light mast with electric winchis is designed to quickly and safely deploy 4000 watts of intense metal halide lighting in locations where elevated illumination is needed for maximum area coverage. This mast is equipped with four 1000 watt LED lamps that produce a wide spread of intense white light, allowing this unit to effectively cover large work areas with high quality illumination. This light boom can be extended to 30β for maximum area coverage, collapsed to 8.83β and is constructed of square steel tubing in different dimensions for each section. The mast is elevated using an included 2,500 lbs. manual winch with 3/16β galvanized braided cable. This tower features four of our wet suitable metal halide fixtures producing a combined total of approximately 400,000 lumens at 4,000 watts. These lamps have19β reflectors and are constructed of aluminum with a clear tempered glass lens which is secured into place with a heavy duty gasket and single ring lock.
The mast is bolted onto a 1/8β thick carbon steel plate via six Β½β anchor bolts. A 50β wide and 2β by 2β by ΒΌβ thick mounting plate is attached to the upper section of the mast which provides a strong and stable platform for the four LED fixtures. The mast and controls are secured within a cube-style frame constructed of 2β by 2β by 1/8β thick and measuring 48β wide by 48β long by 53β tall. Four 1,000 lbs. manual crank leveling jacks allow operators to anchor the unit down, providing stability during deployment. Eight skid pockets allow this unit to be picked up from all four sides, and four-corner eyelets allow for stable deployment via crane operation. The thirty-foot tower and assembly is powder coated with a glossy blue finish for corrosion resistance and aesthetics. The mast is operated via push button switches within the cube frame, allowing operators to raise or lower the last the push of a button. Wiring is provided via 10β 10/3 SOOW cable terminated in a 20 amp L14-30 cord cap.
