with 5.7-inch high visibility display provides “walk by” operation incorporating wide-angle system condition monitoring that can be viewed from up to 12 feet away. The one-pass auto product setup requires only five seconds when a new product is introduced. The system can inspect multiple products with a single setting, since the detector runs all product settings simultaneously. It instantly recognizes a different product on the line and automatically changes over; as a result, there are no false rejects. The system also features heavy duty, all stainless steel construction with multiple seals to electronic enclosures to withstand the rigors of heavy wash-down regimes and the most hostile environments, meeting the requirements of the IP69K standard.
