The METTLER TOLEDO HI-Speed CM9400 Canweigh checkweigher is suitable for inspecting round containers such as cans, jars and bottles. It uses patented technology that eliminates the need for timing screws and integrates timing, spacing, and scale sections to allow seam-to-seam weighing. The technology enables the checkweigher to run at the same speed as the balance of the production line as transfer conveyors 
integrate the speed of the weigher with the speed of the production line and inspect containers in its position alongside the line without affecting the speed of production. The system’s servo-cam rejecter will gently redirect any non-conforming container from the production stream without damage or spillage, while continuing to maintain maximum throughput. Non-conforming products are efficiently quarantined as optional side transfer conveyors integrated with the reject mechanisms redirect them to holding areas. The user controls includes a 15-inch color touch screen interface that accesses 23 separate fields for monitoring of multiple production line processes. Intuitive menu-driven navigation and a 200-product memory simplify and speed setup and changeover for operators. The control interface can also be accessed from remote locations to monitor the production line.
