Manufactured by Dynamic Conveyor Corp. of Muskegon, MI, every piece of the DynaClean line of custom food conveyor systems, down to 
the color, was designed specifically for food industry needs. Built to meet NSF, FDA, USDA, and BISCC standards, the conveyors are fabricated with stainless steel and heavy-duty plastic segments that quickly connect with each other, making it ideal for use in the rapidly changing food industry. This conveyor is equipped with belt lifters that can be placed anywhere, ensuring easy disassembly and cleaning without tools or belt removal. The conveyor features a one-dimensional design of the legs as opposed to the traditional enclosed tubing that equip most conveyors, this eliminates the tube and weld points that can accumulate water and bacteria. The legs are also equipped with adjustable feet, similar to those found on stoves and refrigerators, and proved useful when the discharge height of the shoot where the cookies discharge was too high. When conveying needs change the line can be rebuilt to create the new desired conveyor layout. Existing conveyor segments can be re-used in combination with new segments to build a conveyor that works with the new process.
