Universal Nozzle Heads

NLB Corp. has introduced universal heads for its patented Typhoon self-rotating nozzles that can cut through blocked tubes while polishing the tube I.D., saving a nozzle change.

NLB Corp. has introduced universal heads for its patented Typhoon self-rotating nozzles that can cut through blocked tubes while polishing the tube I.D., saving a nozzle change. These seven heads combine cutting orifices and polishing orifices in a single design. The nozzles clean tubes as small as 5/8” in diameter, rotating at speeds up to 7,000 rpm. The rotating action comes from the head instead of the barrel, focusing the force of the high-pressure water (15,000 psi to 40,000 psi, or 1,035 bar to 2,800 bar) up front where it can be most effective. All nozzles are made of high-grade stainless steel and coated with titanium nitride for durability and long life.
