Loma Systems and Lock Inspection Systems Insight metal detection line includes the Insight PH metal detector and the Insight HD metal detector with bottle style conveyor. The Insight PH ‘pharmaceutical’ metal detector is typically integrated directly after the tablet press or encapsulating machine while the Insight HD metal detector with bottle style conveyor is designed for the inspection of finished and packed products at the end of the production line. They detect and remove contaminants prior to tableting and encapsulation, directly after tableting and encapsulation and for finished and packed products.
