RF Cartridges

Eriez has developed the RF (Radial Field) Cartridges, which are available with SuperStrength Erium 3000 Rare Earth magnets, making them ideal for removing tramp iron from dry, free-flowing food or chemical products conveyed in pneumatic pipelines. A compact construction allows companies to install the RF Cartridges in tight spaces, and installation is the relatively simple operation of removing a section of pipe and replacing it with the magnetic separator. The company offers optional end diameters, couplers, adaptors or flanges for customized installations. While standard units are offered up to 25 psig (1.7 bar) operation, high-pressure units are available upon request.
