Intelligrated® is exhibiting an Alvey® 952-2 hybrid in-line palletizer, Alvey robotic depalletizer and mixed-load order fulfillment technologies at the PACK EXPO. More specifically:
- The Alvey 950 hybrid in-line palletizer integrates robotic arms with a conventional high-speed palletizer to increase pattern flexibility and facilitate quick product changeover. It is ideal for reducing secondary packaging applications.
- The Alvey robotic depalletizer integrates a variety of material-handling components, including both standard and custom end-of-arm tooling and robotic arms from multiple manufacturers.
- Mixed-load order fulfillment system technology highlights labor-reducing solutions that help manufacturers create mixed-SKU pallet loads for distribution. Components include automated replenishment, case order picking, a conveyor, high-speed sortation, palletizing and warehouse control software.
