Lechler Inc.’s solid stream (needle jet) nozzles for high-pressure showers are ideal for cleaning paper machines in paper mills with the use of an oscillator, but can also be used for any cleaning application requiring high-pressure needle jet sprays, such as on felts or wires. According to the company:
- The nozzles feature a very low profile.
- Needle jets come in either solid 316 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel with a ruby orifice.
- Ruby orifices provide spray precision, performance consistency and long operational life.
- An alternate version of the nozzle has a clog preventer, designed for installation on showers without self-cleaning features.
