Pump Solutions Group (PSG®) announces that its Quattroflow™ line of biotech pumps meets the challenging demands of biologically derived drugs (biologics). According to the company, the pumps feature:
- A design with no rotating parts that could be subject to friction in its pump chambers.
- The ability to run dry, and they are self-priming, shear-sensitive, low-slip, low-pulsation, leak-free, have great suction-lift capabilities and can provide constant flows from 16 milliliters per minute (0.54 ounces per minute) to 300 liters per minute (79 gallons per minute).
- Availability in single-use configurations, which feature replaceable wetted parts.
