Accurately Detect Low Flow Rates

Clark Solutions introduces its FSI-T00 flow sensors, which are constructed with a high density polyethylene impeller and a Type 1 PVC sensor housing.

Clark Solutions introduces its FSI-T00 flow sensors, which are constructed with a high density polyethylene impeller, Type 1 PVC sensor housing, a tungsten carbide impeller shaft and BUNA-N O-ring. Moreover, the company says the FSI-T00 is characterized by:

  • A 4-bladed lightweight impeller to detect flow rates as low as 20 percent of the published minimum flow rates of competitive impeller type sensors.
  • A molded mounting tee to improve dimension control for a more consistent measurement and improved performance at low flow rates.
  • A pulse signal output, which is composed of a square wave digital signal proportional to flow, that travels up to 2,000 feet without amplification.
  • Compatibility with most manufacturers' control products.
  • A threaded retaining nut (instead of the typical retaining pin) to ease service and resist moisture.
  • Suitability for water treatment systems, water dispensing, cooling loops, irrigation systems and many other applications.
