Material Transfer & Storage has launched its MATERIAL MASTER™ bulk bag material conditioner to discharge bulk bags containing material that has solidified, hardened or agglomerated, which can cause serious operational bottlenecks. According to the company, this new patent-pending system additionally grants:
- The safe conditioning and emptying of bulk bags.
- Hydraulically actuated, twin heavy-wall tubular steel pivoting conditioning arms, of which each feature V-shaped tubular steel breaker profiles that safely and efficiently return solidified materials to a free-flowing state.
- A rotary lift table to position bulk bags for complete material conditioning on all sides, including the top and bottom.
- Machine guarding for operator safety.
- A compact footprint.
